We are currently looking for charismatic and talented individuals to join our team as beertenders. This role requires a genuine passion for craft beverages, particularly locally-made beer, and a fun, outgoing personality to engage with guests. As a beertender at Badger State Brewing, your primary responsibility is to curate the best possible experience for every guest and fellow team member who visits our facilities. You will be serving and pouring craft beverages including beer, seltzer, wine, cider, and more, while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for these offerings. The role involves daily setup and teardown of the customer-facing spaces both indoors and outdoors, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in all public areas, and bartending at weddings and events in our Barrel Haus event hall. Additionally, you will assist guests in our gift shop and during various events, ensuring they have a memorable and pleasant experience. Procuring limited food services such as pizzas and hot pretzels for patrons also falls under your duties.

At Badger State Brewing, we value curiosity, hard work, and exceptional customer service skills. We seek individuals with prior bartending experience who possess in-depth beer knowledge and creativity in mixology, especially with seasonal beertails. Candidates with a strong awareness of mixology trends and the desire to learn and grow within the beverage industry will thrive in this environment.

This is an hourly position with tips averaging $30 or more per hour. All employees are eligible for our 401k matching plan along with merch and beverage discounts. While the base salary range offered is $8 to $12 per hour, the total earning potential including tips makes this role highly rewarding for passionate individuals.
