The role of Beertender at Legends Global is a dynamic, customer-facing position based at the new Highmark Stadium, scheduled to open for the 2026 NFL season as the home of the Buffalo Bills. This stadium represents the largest construction project in Western New York history and incorporates cutting-edge technology designed to elevate the fan experience to new heights. As a Beertender, you will be a vital part of the vibrant stadium atmosphere, providing exceptional service in beer lanes during live events. This role demands a fast-paced, team-oriented mindset and offers an exciting opportunity to work within the energy and excitement of major sporting events.
Responsibilities in this role include verifying IDs to ensure compliance with legal regulations when serving alcohol, accurately processing transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system, managing closing tasks such as cleaning and product storage, and ensuring all alcoholic beverages are opened promptly following purchase. Exceptional guest service is paramount, requiring a friendly, efficient, and precise approach to service delivery. Safety is a critical component of this role, with expectations to adhere strictly to company and venue safety standards as well as maintain a professional and collaborative attitude toward guests, colleagues, and management. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Job Duties
- Verify ID for all guests purchasing alcohol
- verifies every payment is successful
- accurately use the necessary POS system to ensure all purchases are quickly and accurately entered
- perform closing tasks such as cleaning assigned areas, trash removal, product storage, etc.
- provide quick, efficient, accurate, and friendly service to all guests
- opens all alcoholic beverages after purchase
- practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training
- maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
- adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies
- complete other duties as assigned by management
- available to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends & holidays)
