Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
customer service experience
ability to attain alcohol and food safety certifications prior to events
strong attention to detail
flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
self-motivated and team-oriented
able to work in a fast-paced environment
availability for non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
some customer service experience
ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events
strong attention to detail
able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes
ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
available to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends & holidays)

Job Duties

Verify ID for all guests purchasing alcohol
verifies every payment is successful
accurately use the necessary POS system to ensure all purchases are quickly and accurately entered
perform closing tasks such as cleaning assigned areas, trash removal, product storage, etc.
provide quick, efficient, accurate, and friendly service to all guests
opens all alcoholic beverages after purchase
practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training
maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management
adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies
complete other duties as assigned by management
available to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends & holidays)
