Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a clean background
- Proven full bar experience (cocktails, mixed drinks, wine & beer service)
- Ability to handle high-volume VIP service
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender, with specific knowledge of beer and wine service
- Strong knowledge of different types of beers, wines, and related pairings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Certification in responsible alcohol service if required by local regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beer and wine beverages to guests in accordance with company standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beer, wine, and related products, placing orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Upsell and promote featured beverages and specials to enhance sales
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations during shifts
