This role is for a seasonal part-time Concierge based at Laurence G. Hanscom Field in Bedford, MA. The Concierge plays a vital role in enhancing the passenger experience by streamlining passenger arrival and boarding processes while ensuring effective communication among passengers, aircrew, and staff. The position requires a customer-service-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt flexibly to variable schedules, including weekends and holidays. Duties include welcoming passengers upon terminal arrival, managing check-in procedures via specialized software, and handling baggage logistics, including collecting, organizing, and weighing luggage for pilots. The Concierge also ensures passenger comfort, routinely updating passengers on flight status, particularly during delays. Additional responsibilities cover assisting with pilot introductions, boarding announcements, baggage handling, and operational tasks such as opening and closing the lounge, restocking supplies, maintaining inventory, and light cleaning. Job Duties

- Responsible for opening and closing the lounge
- Stock the lounge and keep track of inventory
