Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Continuous mobility throughout the store during shifts
- Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs during shifts
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- One year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Demonstrates passion for guest service and competency in selling
- Proficient with basic technology such as point of sale systems and Apple devices
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Engage each guest to determine their individual needs
- Conduct cashier tasks including sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness
