Job Description
Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is a premier luxury resort located in the scenic expanse of Napa Valley, California. Spanning over 700 acres of rolling vineyards and pristine farmland, this resort offers an exceptional blend of natural beauty and refined hospitality. The resort features 135 charming cottage guestrooms and suites, each designed with spacious outdoor terraces, fire pits, and stunning views of the Mayacamas Mountains. Situated in the southern section of Napa Valley's renowned wine-growing region, Stanly Ranch provides convenient access to both Napa and Sonoma, making it an ideal destination for wine enthusiasts and leisure travelers alike. The resort’s residential offerings include a limited collection of exclusive three- to six-bedroom Vineyard Homes and elegantly furnished two-bedroom Villas, presenting a rare opportunity for ownership in this prestigious setting.
Stanly Ranch is part of the esteemed Auberge Collection, a portfolio celebrated for its extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs worldwide. Each Auberge property reflects a distinct sense of place through captivating design, exceptional cuisine, innovative wellness programs, and impeccable service. The resort embraces its 100-year Napa Valley heritage with a fresh, bold energy, having evolved from a working ranch into a deeply-rooted luxury destination. Guests at Stanly Ranch can indulge in a variety of experiences including the renowned Halehouse spa, offering targeted treatments aimed at wellness and rejuvenation; three unique dining venues, notably Bear, which honors the artisans and farmers of the region; and exclusive wine country adventures that provide immersive behind-the-scenes access to local winemakers and vintners.
The Server role at Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection, is a key position that contributes directly to the creation of extraordinary dining experiences within this luxury environment. This is a full-time opportunity with a starting pay rate of $16.90 per hour, though actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience and education. The Server will be responsible for facilitating an exceptional guest experience by attentively taking orders, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring efficient delivery of food and beverages. Beyond routine service, this role demands a warm, professional demeanor to engage guests, promote menu items, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality in accordance with Auberge Resorts Collection guidelines.
A successful candidate will be adept at using the POS system for accurate order entry and billing, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and equipment. This position plays an integral role in upholding strict food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe, pleasant experience for guests. Working at Stanly Ranch means being part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in a fast-paced, culturally rich environment that values both individual contributions and collaborative teamwork. The ideal Server will have at least one year of experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry, hold a current Food Handler's Card, have completed Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) training, and possess a deep appreciation for food and wine, ideally gained in a luxury hospitality setting.
Overall, this role offers an exciting chance to join a distinguished resort that combines heritage, luxury, and innovation, providing guests with unforgettable moments and delivering a standard of service that is both heartfelt and refined.
