Job Description

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection, is a distinguished luxury resort nestled in the southern region of Napa Valley’s renowned wine-growing area. Spanning over 700 acres of picturesque vineyards and farmland, this resort offers a unique blend of natural beauty and upscale accommodations. Boasting 135 airy cottages and suites, each with outdoor terraces that feature fire pits and panoramic views of the Mayacamas Mountains, Stanly Ranch provides guests with a serene yet vibrant retreat that encapsulates the essence of California’s famed wine country. The resort also presents an exclusive ownership opportunity through a limited collection of elegantly designed Vineyard Homes and furnished Villas, featuring three to six bedrooms, perfect for those seeking a permanent luxury lifestyle immersed in nature. Stanly Ranch is not just a place to stay but a dynamic destination that captures the spirit of Napa’s rich 100-year history, evolving from a working ranch into a luxury resort that harmoniously blends culture, cultivation, and comfort. It's part of the wider Auberge Collection portfolio, which comprises extraordinary hotels, residences, and private clubs known for bespoke luxury, exceptional culinary experiences, and innovative wellness offerings.

Joining the Bear Restaurant team at Stanly Ranch as a Food Runner is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of delivering exemplary guest service. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for assisting in daily restaurant operations, maintaining equipment, learning and effectively using point of sale (P.O.S) systems, and anticipating guest needs to provide timely responses that enhance overall satisfaction. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about food and beverage service who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are committed to contributing to a luxury hospitality experience. The starting pay rate for this position is $17.40 per hour, with salary considerations adjusted based on experience and education.
