Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years bartending experience
- Certification to serve alcohol
- CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods
- Experience with inventory and ordering preferred
Job Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Follow recipes to prepare cocktails and other drinks including adding garnish
- Serve members and customers promptly including checking identification accepting payment and answering questions
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning bar surface furniture and equipment and returning used dishware to bar or kitchen
- Restock liquors wines beer and non-alcoholic ingredients and replace beer barrels
- Reconcile the bar's cash register at the end of the shift
- Adhere to alcohol serving laws and safety regulations
- Interact with customers to provide excellent service and address inquiries
