This position involves direct interaction with members and guests, providing courteous, timely service and addressing any questions or requests professionally. In addition to drink preparation, the Bartender maintains cleanliness and organization at the bar, replenishes supplies as needed, and handles routine cash register reconciliation at the end of shifts. Employment is hourly with wages ranging from $16.50 to $19.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications. This role also demands physical stamina as the Bartender must be able to lift over 20 pounds repetitively and remain on their feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
