This job opportunity is for the position of Bartender within Life Time's community-focused environment. The Bartender plays a vital role in enhancing the member experience by responsibly preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This position requires strict adherence to state and local alcohol serving laws to ensure safety and compliance. The Bartender is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area and managing inventory efficiently. Interaction with customers is a key element of this role, as it involves taking orders, serving food when necessary, and providing excellent customer service to answer any questions or concerns members might have.

The role is an hourly position with a starting wage of $16.50, going up to $19.50 based on qualifications and experience. This compensation reflects Life Time's commitment to recognizing the skills and dedication bartenders contribute to the member experience. Beyond technical skills, the Bartender is expected to bring a professional and friendly demeanor that aligns with the organization's core values of inclusivity and respect. Certified to serve alcohol and having CPR/AED certification (to be earned within the first 30 days of employment) are essential requirements for this position.
