Job Duties
- Manage inbound service phone calls in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
- Efficiently and accurately schedule service appointments for customers
- Utilize CRM system to record and update customer information and appointment details
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to relay maintenance or repair recommendations
- Identify and communicate upselling opportunities to customers
- Initiate post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
