Job Duties

  • Manage inbound service phone calls in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
  • Efficiently and accurately schedule service appointments for customers
  • Utilize CRM system to record and update customer information and appointment details
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to relay maintenance or repair recommendations
  • Identify and communicate upselling opportunities to customers
  • Initiate post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
