We are currently seeking a Server to join our dedicated hospitality team. This role is vital to crafting exceptional dining experiences for our guests by providing attentive, personalized service with high energy and enthusiasm. Serving as an ambassador of the resort’s hospitality, the Server will guide guests through the menu, offer thoughtful recommendations, take and relay orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. It also offers an opportunity to build meaningful guest relationships by anticipating needs and delivering impeccable service in a setting renowned for its luxury and comfort. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to one year serving experience preferred
  • Food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience
  • Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery
