The Valet role at ABM embodies professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services, serving as an essential interface between clients and their guests to ensure an exceptional visitor experience. This position is ideal for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Valets are responsible for managing secure vehicle parking operations while maintaining clear communication and friendly interaction with guests. The position typically requires working Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, reflecting a structured and consistent schedule. Valets coordinate traffic flow, monitor and manage illegal parking, assist guests with loading and unloading their vehicles, and collect and secure guest keys to safeguard property. Moreover, they manage valet payments, handle daily revenue reconciliation accurately, and ensure adherence to safety rules and facility policies at all times. Working outdoors in various climate conditions is part of the routine, and employees must maintain cleanliness in their work areas.

This role is highly customer-focused and requires excellent interpersonal skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
