The role available is for a Bay Host who plays a crucial part in delivering outstanding player experiences at Topgolf venues. This part-time position involves welcoming guests with enthusiasm and energy, connecting with them to understand their needs, and guiding them through the many entertainment options available. A Bay Host is responsible for recommending food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to each player's visit to maximize enjoyment and drive sales through suggestive selling. They maintain cleanliness and organization within the bay areas, ensuring shared spaces are inviting, safe, and ready for play. This role demands a positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, popular environment where calmness and quick thinking are essential. The Bay Host collaborates closely with fellow Playmakers to create memorable experiences, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and embody Topgolf’s core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. This role requires physical stamina including lifting items up to 50 pounds, being on your feet for long periods, and engaging in active tasks throughout the shift. The Bay Host must also be legally authorized to serve alcohol where required by law.
