The role of a Production Batchmaker at Stonhard involves the critical responsibility of blending and mixing various pigments, resins, hardeners, and other raw material additives to produce in-process batches that meet approved batch instruction sheets with minimal corrections. As a Production Batchmaker, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing workflow by staging and preparing raw materials, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the batch making area, and efficiently operating mixers to optimize batch production. The role requires a deep understanding of raw material storage systems, including tanks, pipelines, and valves, and mandates strict compliance with safety protocols when handling hazardous inorganic metal-based powdered pigments.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage typically ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, which varies based on qualifications and operational needs.
