The Batching Technician role at DrinkPAK plays a crucial part in maintaining the quality and consistency of their signature beverage products. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt position involves following precise mixing instructions, adhering to product specifications, and ensuring timely supply of batched products to the production line. The technician works closely with the Quality Department to monitor analytical results such as Brix, acid, pH, and color to make necessary adjustments for optimal product quality. Responsibilities also extend to equipment cleaning and sanitation, accurate documentation of product details, and maintaining compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards. Work conditions require physical stamina, including lifting, standing for long periods, and occasionally working in refrigerated or frozen environments.
