Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to visually inspect products
- Forklift operation experience
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to safety standards and quality practices
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand 8+ hours, and work in varying temperatures
- Regular attendance
- Willingness to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience preferred in food or beverage manufacturing or similar environment
- 1 year of project management experience
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, packaging, or canning preferred
- Ability to visually inspect products and materials
- Forklift experience
- Effective communication and cross-departmental issue resolution skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Safety and continuous improvement mindset
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Precisely inspect, stage, weigh, and mix ingredients according to product recipes
- Collaborate with Quality Department on analytical results and make modifications to batches as needed
- Pre-weigh blends and liquefy components for beverage preparation
- Accurately document lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates per customer regulations
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers including CIP, foaming, and hand brushing
- Operate electric forklift to load sugar following safety procedures
- Adhere to company and plant safety programs, guidelines, and GMP and Food Safety Standards
- Maintain housekeeping and quality in warehouse areas
- Complete hourly inspection sheets based on product quality
- Assist in other areas as required by leadership
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
