Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Must be 21 years of age for positions serving alcohol
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must follow company policies and procedures
Endorsement from current leader for internal candidates

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to maintain composure during busy periods
Basic math skills for cash handling
Positive attitude and integrity
Ability to train and coach team members

Job Duties

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health department and weights and measures requirements
Deliver legendary customer service by prioritizing the customer and connecting with their needs
Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently adhering to recipe and presentation standards
Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to support a clean and comfortable store environment
Anticipate customer and store needs proactively
Follow Bashas' operational policies including cash handling and safety and security protocols
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
Assist with new member training by providing positive coaching
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Perform all other related duties as assigned
