Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and stock up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as pushing, bending, and walking
- Ability to operate telephone and keyboard
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be approved by HRBP for rehire
- Current leader's recommendation required for internal transfers or promotions
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Friendly and responsible attitude
- Prior experience in food or beverage preparation preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and the mission of both Bashas' and Starbucks
- Operating a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
- Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
- Assisting with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed
- Maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
- All other related duties as assigned
