Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Capability to lift and stock items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate register and handle financial transactions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is advantageous
- Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Job Duties
- Prepare quality beverages, whole bean, and food products according to recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Operate cash register and accurately handle cash, credit/debit payments, and change
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints
- Stock shelves, clean, and dust as needed
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
- Perform other related duties as assigned
