Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year fine dining busser experience
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods or special events
- Strong learning ability and retention
- Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions consistently
- Willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to promote teamwork through good working relationships
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year fine dining busser experience required
- Maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods or special events throughout the shift to keep the restaurant operating at a high standard
- Ability to learn and retain quickly
- Ability to perform and complete oral and/or written instructions on a consistent basis
- Ask questions if clarification is needed

Job Duties
- Continuous carrying of restaurant ware throughout the restaurant
- Keen awareness for guests, staff and the entire restaurant, not just your station
- Understanding the fluidity of the restaurant with a keen sense of urgency
- Maintain one's composure, good judgement and common sense in all situations
- Ability to communicate with guests, future guests, staff and management
- Ability to self motivate and interact creatively with guests and fellow staff members
