The role offered is a part-time servers/hosts position in this exclusive, service-oriented environment. Candidates for this role will be the welcoming face of the club, serving both members and guests by delivering exceptional service that upholds the club's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities involve greeting guests warmly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, presenting menus, taking orders, serving food and beverages, answering inquiries, and making suitable recommendations to enhance the dining experience. A positive attitude toward resolving any issues or complaints is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively alongside kitchen and bar staff. Given the premium expectation of the club’s members, candidates must demonstrate an understanding of what constitutes elevated service and should bring a smile and genuine enthusiasm to ensure every guest’s day is made special. Experience in service or hosting roles and a customer-oriented approach with attention to detail are highly valued. Additionally, possession of or application for an Indiana liquor license is required. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of service experience preferred
  • Indiana liquor license required or application in progress

Job Duties

  • Responsibilities include, but not limited to, ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages

  • Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Issue checks and accept payment
  • You'll find Members also have access to an outdoor heated Junior Olympic pool, fully equipped fitness center with cardio, weight resistance, and free weight areas, childcare, children's playground, men's and ladies' locker rooms, an outdoor tennis court and Pickleball courts
