Job Requirements

- Six months customer service experience required

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- Six months customer service experience required
- Food and beverage experience preferred
- Good oral communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Greet guests, sell menu items to customers in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner
- Project a positive attitude and energy to customers at all times
- Support front line by preparing items for sale, restocking product, maintaining clean and orderly work area
- Input orders into POS system, accept payment and follow proper state law regarding alcoholic beverage sales
- Maintain proper stock of items to be sold at location
- Operate and maintain equipment appearance at location
- Follow proper close out procedures
- Clean and maintain general cleanliness of area prior/after every shift
- Communicate guests' orders to keep a smooth workflow and maintain fast service
- Adhere to all safety procedures pertaining to location
- Conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner
- Always follow direction of supervisor/management
