Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 1 year bartending experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capability to stand for up to 6 hours per shift and perform physical tasks such as lifting and climbing stairs
- strong customer service skills
- good communication and organizational skills
- ability to handle glassware safely
- exposure to cleaning chemicals
- ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team
- positive attitude and willingness to engage in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong customer service orientation
- good communication skills with strong organizational ability
- ability to work at a fast pace on occasion
- able to handle glasses and glassware safely
- capable of frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and pulling
- able to climb stairs
- able to stand for extended periods up to 6 hours per shift
- exposure to cleaning chemicals
- able to work independently and function as a team member
- positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- restaurant experience a plus
- minimum of 1 year bartending experience
Job Duties
- Adheres to uniform standards while on property
- reports to duty as scheduled and to the Manager on Duty upon arrival
- cleans equipment and service area according to side work sheets at beginning and end of shift
- checks and cleans all front of the house dining areas prior to meal service
- maintains highest cleanliness and neatness in dining areas
- stocks and maintains all supplies needed for the shift and reports shortages
- memorizes daily food and beverage specials
- greets members in a warm and friendly manner within 1 minute of arrival
- informs members of specials and menu
- takes food and beverage orders and inputs to POS system
- delivers food, clears tables, refills beverages, and checks on dining members frequently
- presents checks for signature and maintains accurate member checks, turning them in to Manager on Duty at shift end
- resets tables
- assists coworkers with member service
- maintains and expands food and beverage knowledge related to club menus and offerings
