Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or serving experience
  • Management or supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work day and night shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Run opening, mid, and closing shifts as the manager-on-duty for 1-2 shifts per week, plus additional as needed
  • Address all guest issues while acting as the manager-on-duty
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and secure revenues
  • Maintain ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement
  • Monitor food presentation and service
  • Write end-of-shift reports covering daily labor, food control, and sales
