We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as key players within our restaurant and cocktail program. This full-time position requires open availability to adapt to various shifts, especially evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should bring at least one year of experience working in similar fast-paced, high-volume restaurants that emphasize quality and attention to detail. Familiarity with proper jiggering techniques and cocktail construction is essential, alongside knowledge of New American cuisine, craft beer, wine, and spirits. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, processing payments efficiently with a POS system, and creating memorable experiences for every guest. Employees must maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant and uphold safety and health regulations rigorously. They will also monitor alcohol consumption responsibly while collaborating closely with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders, particularly during catering events or banquets. Proficiency in using a cash register and strong retail math skills are important assets for handling transactions and inventory management accurately.

Those who excel in this role will demonstrate excellent time management skills, the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and strong communication abilities to engage with guests, coworkers, and management effectively. Familiarity with the Toast POS system is a plus but not mandatory.
