Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced, quality-focused restaurant
- familiarity with jiggering and cocktail construction
- open availability for full-time employment including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- friendly personality with the ability to work well within a team
- proficiency with cash registers and POS systems
- knowledge of safety and health regulations
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Job Qualifications
- At least one year's experience in a high-volume quality-focused restaurant
- knowledge of New American cuisine
- familiarity with craft beer, wine, and spirits
- proficiency in bartending techniques and cocktail construction
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work in a team-based environment
- excellent time management skills
- proficiency using POS systems, preferably Toast POS
- strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- create memorable experiences for the guest
- take orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events or banquets
