Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in a fast-paced, quality-focused restaurant
  • familiarity with jiggering and cocktail construction
  • open availability for full-time employment including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • friendly personality with the ability to work well within a team
  • proficiency with cash registers and POS systems
  • knowledge of safety and health regulations
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year's experience in a high-volume quality-focused restaurant
  • knowledge of New American cuisine
  • familiarity with craft beer, wine, and spirits
  • proficiency in bartending techniques and cocktail construction
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work in a team-based environment
  • excellent time management skills
  • proficiency using POS systems, preferably Toast POS
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • create memorable experiences for the guest
  • take orders and process payments using a cash register or POS system
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events or banquets
  • adhere to all safety and health regulations
