Job Requirements

  • Must be twenty-one (21+) to sell alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to arrive to work on time
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts
  • Preferably some experience in food and beverage or hospitality
  • Alcohol certification (TIPS) is a plus
  • Professional and welcoming demeanor
  • Strong team player attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending and/or server experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to handle money and operate point-of-sale systems
  • Understanding of beverage and food handling policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work various shifts flexibly

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive, gracious, and friendly service to guests
  • Guide guests through food and beverage menus and recommend upgrades
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
  • Handle money transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
  • Maintain knowledge of food and beverage handling policies and procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
  • Arrive on time and stand for extended periods as required
