Job Description

Job Requirements

Must be twenty-one (21+) to sell alcoholic beverages
Ability to arrive to work on time
Ability to stand for extended periods
Flexible availability to work various shifts
Preferably some experience in food and beverage or hospitality
Alcohol certification (TIPS) is a plus
Professional and welcoming demeanor
Strong team player attitude

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending and/or server experience preferred
Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes
Basic math skills
Ability to handle money and operate point-of-sale systems
Understanding of beverage and food handling policies and procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work various shifts flexibly

Job Duties

Provide attentive, gracious, and friendly service to guests
Guide guests through food and beverage menus and recommend upgrades
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
Handle money transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
Maintain knowledge of food and beverage handling policies and procedures
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
Arrive on time and stand for extended periods as required
