Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old to serve food
  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Must be at least 21 years old to sell alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to arrive on time and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • No prior experience required but food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or server experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes
  • Basic math skills for handling money and operating point-of-sale systems
  • Understanding of beverage and food handling policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional and welcoming demeanor
  • Alcohol certification (TIPS) is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive, gracious, and friendly service to guests
  • Guide guests through food and beverage menus and recommend upgrades
  • Arrive to work on time and maintain professionalism
  • Stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Handle money and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
  • Maintain understanding and compliance with beverage and food handling policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively as a team player to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
