Job Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or restaurant environment preferred
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing
Strong understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management
Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer engagement
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including washing glassware and utensils
Process customer orders efficiently using the POS system ensuring accurate cash handling and transactions
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons answering questions about drink selections and offering recommendations
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies assisting with ordering as needed
Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations to ensure compliance with health standards
Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service best practices
