Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year experience in bartending
- at least one year experience in food service
- flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Durham, NC
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- greet and educate customers about the restaurant
- make and serve craft beer, cocktails, and wine
- take customer orders and help navigate the menu
- deliver food and drinks promptly
- ensure customers have everything they need for an excellent experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
- participate in the tip pooling system fairly
