Job Requirements

  • minimum 6 months experience as bartender
  • valid food handler certification
  • valid TIPS or equivalent certification
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly courteous and timely manner
  • prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests
  • act as cashier for the bar
  • maintain proper and adequate setup of the bar including requisitioning and stocking of supplies
  • maintain stock cutting and storing of fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes juices and perishables daily
  • greet guests courteously promote and document drink orders
  • mix garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
  • handle all cash and credit card transactions using point of sale
