Job Requirements

Must be 21 or older
Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules
Strong customer service and communication skills
Must adhere to all safety and alcohol service laws
Ability to stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages
Collaborate with the Front of House service team to ensure seamless guest experiences
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
Promote menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
Adhere to all safety and alcohol service regulations
