Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of beverages with precision and efficiency following recipes and timing standards
- Showcase expertise in craft beers, liquors, and wines by offering recommendations and insights into flavor profiles
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking identification and avoiding over-serving guests
- Provide outstanding guest service, creating a welcoming and engaging environment
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to answer guest inquiries about menu items, ingredients, allergens, availability, and policies
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Complete opening and closing side work including inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members by assisting with various tasks such as answering phone calls and seating guests
- Stay informed about facility activities, promptly addressing any concerns or issues
- Adapt to corporate or private events as needed
- Work collaboratively with the team communicating needs and ensuring smooth operations
- Display a positive and professional attitude fostering a supportive work environment
- Embrace additional tasks assigned by management contributing to overall success
