Job Requirements

Able to serve alcohol according to state law
Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
Able to perform simple mathematical calculations related to money handling
Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to five hours
Good sense of balance and physical ability to bend, kneel, and lift objects frequently weighing up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of food and beverage menus and drink recipes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Basic math skills for money handling
Familiarity with point of sale systems
Understanding of alcohol laws and safety
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Act as an effective salesperson by understanding and recommending food and beverage menus, specials, and promotions
Provide exceptional guest service ensuring each guest feels appreciated
Practice the 'Hospitality Halo' with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Communicate clearly and enthusiastically with guests maintaining self-composure at all times
Greet guests promptly and serve food and beverages in a timely and organized manner
Maintain knowledge of service sequences, drink recipes, bar accounting procedures, and quality standards
