The Eye Tooth is currently hiring bartenders with open availability, including days, nights, and weekends, to support its expanded service hours. Employees in this role will become adept at using POS systems efficiently, managing monetary transactions with precision, and monitoring guests throughout their experience to ensure satisfaction. The position demands excellent communication skills and teamwork, as bartenders must work closely with coworkers to maintain a positive and respectful work environment. Additionally, the role involves important responsibilities such as handling, storing, dating, and rotating products properly to uphold quality standards, as well as promptly reporting any equipment or food quality issues to management. Completing opening, closing, and side duties is also part of the job, requiring reliability and a strong work ethic.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a current TAPS Card and Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card.
