Job Requirements

Must be 21 or older
Ability to handle variable tips and base pay structure
Capability to work flexible schedules
Must pass any required background or legal checks
Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication abilities
Knowledge of beverage preparation and bar equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be 21 or older

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages
Serve and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Communicate effectively with front of house and kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations and company policies
Handle monetary transactions accurately
Assist in training new bar staff
