Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years bartender experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- valid food handling certificate
- alcohol service permit
- ability to calculate basic math functions
- ability to speak, read and write in English
- ability to lift at least 50lbs
- excellent attendance
- ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced event-driven environment

- ability to multi-task in multiple environments and take direction from various supervisors
- ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner
- possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit required by state and federal regulations
- ability to calculate basic math functions as they relate to product inventory and sales
- ability to speak, read and write in English
- minimum 2 years bartender experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar or venue capacity
- extensive drink recipe knowledge and use of proper measuring tools
- ability to lift at least 50lbs
Job Duties
- Taking multiple orders and collecting payments from customers
- operating point of sale terminals to ensure proper sales and tracking of all products
- setting up and cleaning the bar and the area around it including building displays and wells
- washing all bar tools and utensils
- monitoring bar inventory, ingredients, rotating, and front facing all products
- ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, or territorial liquor and food safety regulations
- recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and acting accordingly
- maintaining sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- demonstrating excellent attendance
