Ghost Donkey Chicago is looking for a seasoned Bartender with a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience to join their team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in spirits, particularly tequila and agave-based products, enjoy the nightlife scene, be a positive and friendly team player, and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. The role involves having positive interactions with guests, preparing the bar for service, making drinks to recipe specifications, performing basic cleaning tasks, and maintaining a flexible schedule that includes evenings, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
