Job Requirements
- At least 4 years experience as a bartender or mixologist
- Must be TABC and Texas Food Handlers Certified
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to manage cash register operations
- Passion for mixology and cocktail preparation
- Must have knowledge of upscale liquors and wines

- Previous experience in food service or bartending
- Knowledge of fine dining and upscale nightclub vibe environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic retail math skills
- Knowledge of food handling practices to maintain safety standards in beverage preparation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast paced environment
- Passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes
- Must be able to sell upscale high end liquors and wines
- Must have wine knowledge

- Craft cocktail experience and knowledge
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails wines and soft drinks
- Create innovative drink recipes that align with current trends and customer preferences but also maintain the accuracy and consistency of current recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized
- Interact with customers to provide recommendations and take drink orders ensuring an engaging experience
- Manage cash register operations including processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor mixers and garnishes assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
