Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years experience as a bartender or mixologist
  • Must be TABC and Texas Food Handlers Certified
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage cash register operations
  • Passion for mixology and cocktail preparation
  • Must have knowledge of upscale liquors and wines

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or bartending
  • Knowledge of fine dining and upscale nightclub vibe environments
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
  • Familiarity with cash register operations and basic retail math skills
  • Knowledge of food handling practices to maintain safety standards in beverage preparation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast paced environment
  • Passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes
  • Must be able to sell upscale high end liquors and wines
  • Must have wine knowledge
  • At least 4 years experience as a bartender or mixologist
  • Craft cocktail experience and knowledge

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails wines and soft drinks
  • Create innovative drink recipes that align with current trends and customer preferences but also maintain the accuracy and consistency of current recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized
  • Interact with customers to provide recommendations and take drink orders ensuring an engaging experience
  • Manage cash register operations including processing payments accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor inventory levels of liquor mixers and garnishes assist in ordering supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
