Their mission is to entertain, educate, and enlighten audiences through immersive experiences that rely heavily on storytelling, hands-on interactivity, and experiential design. The company is committed to creating transformative journeys that engage visitors in unique and memorable ways. As a leader in themed entertainment, Imagine blends art, technology, and creativity to develop dynamic environments that bring stories to life.
The role of Bartender / Mixologist is based in Las Vegas, NV, where the company's beverage concepts complement their diverse exhibits and themed entertainment products. This position offers part-time or full-time employment with a pay range of 18.14 USD per hour. In this creative role, the Mixologist is more than a bartender – they are a trusted artist of beverage, crafting specialty drinks that invite guests to taste their imagination and connect with the immersive stories. The Mixologist is responsible for creating atmospheres that transport guests into different times, stories, or moods through carefully crafted drinks, aromas, and the overall beverage experience.
Key responsibilities include mixing a variety of cocktails and specialty drinks, making syrups and infusions, engaging guests with entertaining stories about spirits, and crafting original drink menus aligned with the themed experiences. The Mixologist supports the exhibit by working alongside other team members to maintain the character and immersive quality of the attraction. Accuracy in handling cash transactions and adherence to state alcohol laws are essential elements of the role.
Beyond technical drink preparation skills, this position demands a flair for hospitality, excellent customer service and communication abilities, and a professional appearance that enhances guest engagement. The successful candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, from stocking and sanitary duties to operating POS systems and resolving guest concerns with professionalism. Physical stamina is also necessary as the job involves standing for long shifts, lifting bar stock, and working in environments with varied lighting, noise, and smoky conditions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a global creative enterprise that values innovation and guest experience. With its strong emphasis on storytelling through immersive beverages, the Mixologist position is ideal for individuals passionate about mixology, customer interaction, and creating memorable moments. Candidates must possess a combination of technical bartending expertise, customer service experience, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, themed entertainment setting. With a strong team environment and dedication to quality, Imagine provides a stimulating workplace where creativity meets hospitality.
