Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- bartending experience
- ability to follow state, federal and corporate liquor regulations
- ability to stand for extended periods
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and events as needed

Job Duties
- Set up assigned bars
- requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, cupware, ice and produce
- maintain stock, prepare, cure and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
- greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner
- take and/or process orders for drinks
- mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes
- practice prudent portion control
- check guests at the bar for proper identification
- detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained
- demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws
- lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items
- perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
- keep work area clean and organized
- arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area
- perform end of event consumption and/or inventory duties
- perform other duties as assigned including attending to the buffet, bar backing, and passed cocktail service when assigned
