Job Duties

Meet the company standard for excellent guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state/federal regulations
Learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties and spirits and suggestively upsell products
Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
Check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for purchase of alcoholic beverages
Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required
Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
Contact management if unable to resolve or make a decision beyond standard scope
Request additional product or restock product as required
Accurately ring up the customer
Maintain clean and sanitary work station
Ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
Assist with set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and organize the cooler
