Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages as per state and federal law
- prior bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to check guest identification accurately
- must be able to stand and move for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide beverage service
- serve alcoholic drinks in compliance with all state and federal regulations
- learn and suggestively upsell various beers, wines and spirits
- pour drinks responsibly following company serving size standards
- verify guest IDs according to legal minimum age requirements
- communicate cut-off to guests when necessary
- respond and listen to customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated or confrontational guest situations and contact management or security if required
- request management assistance when decisions exceed standard scope
- restock and manage bar products
- accurately ring up customer purchases
- maintain clean and sanitary work station
- ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization
- perform other assigned duties as needed
