The candidate will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including coffee beverages, while adhering strictly to standard recipes. They will also be tasked with verifying guest identification for responsible alcohol service and maintaining accurate records of beverage sales throughout their shifts. Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area is essential to the role, alongside completing opening and closing side work duties. This includes counting the bar drawer, restocking supplies, and ensuring all safety and sanitation standards are met in line with health department regulations and restaurant policies.

The Bartender/Barista will work closely with other restaurant personnel to maintain an effective and efficient food and beverage service operation and uphold a safe, welcoming environment.
