Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience
- Ability to work day and night shifts
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
- Open availability, especially on weekends and evenings
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Knowledge of craft beer culture
- Ability to handle POS systems accurately

Job Duties
- Serve craft beer, wine, cocktails, and food with excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area by following scheduled stocking and cleaning lists
- Recommend drinks and menu pairings to guests
- Oversee customer interactions to deliver outstanding service, handle complaints professionally, and foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle tabs, payments, and POS transactions accurately
- Lead the team in beer knowledge
- Lead the bar team by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient service delivery
- Follow cash drawer procedures each shift
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste through effective stock management
- Work as part of a team during busy shifts and events
- Follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines
