Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Willingness to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
  • Commitment to a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of related work experience in bartending or food and beverage service
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques

  • Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and standards
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming and memorable experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Manage cash and transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
