Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years serving experience
Knowledge of craft food, beer, wine, and spirits
Ability to move and change out kegs
Flexible schedule availability
TIPS/RBS certification
Strong understanding of alcohol laws and rules

Job Duties

Elevate and grow our cocktail program by bringing fresh ideas and innovative recipes to the table
Collaborate with management to identify trends, seasonal ingredients, and local spirits to incorporate into our cocktail offerings
Train and mentor other staff members on cocktail preparation techniques, presentation, and upselling strategies
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of ingredients, glassware, and equipment
Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to understand their preferences and create memorable experiences
Work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting
Must be able to work with a team
