Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferred
- legal age to serve alcohol
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- mix signature and traditional bar favorites
- have knowledge of all Smoky Mountain Brewery brand beers
- engage and mingle with customers to enhance their experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- handle cash and process payments accurately
