Job Requirements

U.S. work authorization required
must be of legal age to serve alcohol
basic math skills able to add, subtract and count change back to customer
legible handwriting
strong customer service and oral communication skills
valid Operator's License

wine experience and/or certification is a plus
one year bartending experience is preferred

Job Duties

Take customers' food and drink orders
ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials
make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests
