Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bartending preferred
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid bartending license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve drinks by mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, recommending drinks, and addressing customer concerns
  • Maintain bar cleanliness and organization, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and handle situations appropriately following legal and company policies
  • Process customer payments, provide change, and manage the cash register accurately
  • Collaborate with team members including other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor and restock bar inventory including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and alcohol service regulations
