Job Duties

  • Greet guests and take beverage orders from restaurant servers or directly from guests
  • Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages in compliance with company standards
  • Utilize high quality spirits, liqueurs, fruits, fresh herbs and spices to create sensational drinks
  • Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner for efficient drink preparation
  • Provide wine service and make appropriate suggestions based on guest needs
  • Handle cash and balance receipts while following cash handling procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and catering storage areas
  • Attend mandatory meetings and perform general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with culinary team to create mixers and garnishes
  • Serve food items to guests seated at the bar
